The renowned brand offers an alternative to conventional Easter treats, with seasonal sugar enticement

British sweet manufacturer Swizzels has re-launched its Easter themed range as consumers move away from traditional chocolate treats in favour of sugar confectionery alternatives over the seasonal period.

Due to demand, Swizzels have re-introduced its Easter Mix tub and Spring Selection bag for 2017. The eye-catching Easter Mix tub is filled with consumer favourites, including Love Hearts, Parma Violets, Refreshers and Drumsticks. The vibrant design lends itself perfectly to an Easter-themed display that will stand out to shoppers. The tub is ideal for children’s parties or Easter egg hunts.

The Spring Selection sharing bag is also back for 2017 – another fun product that offers some of the most-loved Swizzels sweets and lollies in a fun and seasonal bag, perfect for sharing over the Easter period.

Claire Lee, Brand Manager at Swizzels, said: “Consumers are continually looking for alternatives to traditional chocolate products over the Easter period. Our products give them the perfect option – offering variety and value for money. The bright, seasonal designs will also stand out on shelves as shoppers look for brands they recognise.”

Swizzels is the UK’s largest family-owned independent sugar confectionery business and one of the few confectionery companies to still manufacture sweets in the UK. The company makes a range of well-known products including Love Hearts, New Refreshers, Drumstick Lollies, Rainbow Drops, Double Lollies and Fruity Pops.
