EXBERRY® colours are made from non-GMO fruits, vegetables, and plants. They are halal- and kosher-friendly and allow for natural ingredient declarations such as “black carrot juice concentrate” throughout much of the Middle East.

The EXBERRY® range is available in more than 400 shades from across the whole rainbow and can be used to deliver vibrant, stable shades in almost any food and drink application.

Elevating food and drink

At Gulfood, GNT (Stand B6-48, Hall 6) will present eye-catching concepts to highlight how EXBERRY® can be used to elevate food and drink.

Fleur van Sleeuwen, Marketing Specialist at GNT Middle East, said: “As indulgent treats and sweet moments continue to grow in importance, manufacturers are looking for ways to create products that feel permissible and appealing at the same time. EXBERRY® enables brands to strike that balance, combining visual impact with ingredient transparency.”

Visitors will also be able to talk to GNT’s experts about the latest color trends and how EXBERRY® can be used to meet different project requirements.
