Paradise Fruits by Jahncke, the global supplier of food ingredients, will be demonstrating its new Shapes range, developed by the company’s new Health division at Vitafoods Europe (Geneva, 5-7 October 2021).
Paradise Fruits Health has developed a range of fruit Shapes designed specifically to provide food supplements carried by a plant-based matrix that can be called ‘functional confectionery’. The recipes contain a higher fruit content than many other similar products available on the market and can be fortified with vitamins and minerals, as well as other ingredients such as caffeine, creatine, or extracts.

The launch of these new products at Vitafoods will be the first of many we have planned to support our customers in developing better ways to meet the consumers desire for healthy eating with nutrient-dense ingredients that can contribute to their health and well-being.”
Paradise Fruits Health’s Shapes are available in three categories, Vitamins/Minerals, Probiotics and Botanicals, as well as a variety of bespoke fruit and vegetable flavouring combinations. The Shapes are also free from artificial colours and preservatives, are EU-allergen-free, palm oil free possible, halal and kosher possible, gluten-free and suitable for vegetarian or vegan diets.
The fruit Shapes can be infused with a range of vitamins and minerals that support the wellness of consumers and can also be enriched with natural botanical and herb extracts. This includes Green Tea, Elderberry, Bio Blueberry, Ashwaganda, Chamomile and Valerian. Paradise Fruits Health’s Botanicals are a healthy, convenient and tasty way to introduce these ingredients into the diet.
Paradise Fruits Health Shapes can also be specified in four options that can be bespoke to individual needs. This includes:
- Generations – Suitable for adults, multivitamin fruit Shapes for vitality
- Universal – Suitable for people of all ages from three years onwards, fortified with vitamins and minerals
- Health Benefits – Suitable for all ages from three years onwards, ideal for providing an added daily boost of vitamins, minerals and extracts, addressing individual supplementation
- Active – Suitable for more active and busy lifestyles, fortified with caffeine, vitamins and minerals.
