McVitie’s is set to add two new festive flavours to its Digestive biscuit offering. Following on from the launch of Classic Caramel Bliss, Heavenly Chocolate Hazelnut and Luscious Blood Orange flavours in July this year, Digestive fans can soon enjoy two new, completely Christmassy flavours.
A picture of the new biscuits was first posted on a snacks Facebook group, hosted by Kevs Snack Reviews.
The photo caption reads, “Chrimbo Digestives coming soon.”
The new flavours are gingerbread and Christmas pudding, which are sure to appeal to fans of all things festive.
While we aren’t yet sure when or where the new flavours will be available, we can assume from other Digestive launches that most major supermarkets will stock them, including Asda, where the summer flavours were sold first.
Christmas Jaffa Cakes
The news of the festive biscuits comes at the same time as a new Jaffa Cake flavour.
Jaffa Cake fans can look forward to trying a new chocolate and cranberry flavour this Christmas, which will be priced at £1.20 per box.
McVitie’s describes the new Jaffa Cakes flavour as, “A thrilling festive take on a much-loved classic, the new Orange and Cranberry Jaffa Cakes are ready to take centre stage this Christmas.
