Touchless Automation takes automation a step further by minimising manual intervention. Repetitive, non-value-adding tasks are automated wherever possible.
Autonomous systems handle material supply, while AMRs deliver components to machines independently. High-performance splicing systems ensure continuous operation in flow-wrapping. As a result, packaging lines can run for extended periods without interruption, increasing availability and freeing staff to focus on higher-value activities.

The HFX and TRX platforms are modular, retrofit-ready and fully integrated into the neXt ecosystem. They provide a scalable foundation that can be expanded with additional automation modules and digital features over time.
