FATSO have announced the launch of their latest flavour, Sweet Tart. Sweet Tart is described as a blend of cherries and almonds, complemented by buttery shortbread. This new flavour will be available from 7th July, coinciding with World Chocolate Day, on sofatso.com. Retailers can purchase directly from FATSO or through wholesalers such as Cotswold Fayre.

FATSO entered the market in September 2022 with the goal of demonstrating that dark chocolate can be as enjoyable as milk chocolate, without sacrificing taste, ethics, or size. Their range of chunky chocolate bars is packed with unique flavour combinations and is made with single-origin, Fino de Aroma certified cacao sourced from Luker Chocolate in Colombia.

Co-Founder Ella McKay said, “We pride ourselves in our no-compromise approach to sourcing the very best single-origin cacao through our partnership with the future-focused, family-run Luker Chocolate in Colombia. As we continue our mission to prove that dark chocolate doesn’t have to be all seriousness and restraint, our latest launch is girl-powered, Bakewell inspired, chunky and downright delicious. We can’t wait to hear what our customers think.”
