Confectionery Live introduces Bastian Hörmann

Ahead of the must-attend virtual event Confectionery Live happening next month, 21-22 February, we are pleased to announce our next speaker; Bastian Hörmann, Global Marketing Director, Sweet Food at ADM.

Bastian joined ADM in 2014 through a commercial traineeship program and has since held a variety of roles within sales and marketing. He currently serves as Global Director for Sweet Goods, Dairy and Specialized Nutrition, based in Heidelberg, Germany.

In this role, he is responsible for managing the global marketing activities for the food market segments within ADM’s Nutrition business. His focus is on driving category growth strategies through innovation, optimising the customer experience as well as leading and developing the team of category managers. ​​He holds a Master of Science in Food Science & Technology from the University of Hohenheim in Germany.

In his session at Confectionery Live, Bastian will talk to Editor Caitlin Gittins about how confectionery producers can tap into trends to create innovation.
