Confectionery companies capitalise on Valentine’s

Confectionery companies have been capitalising on the upcoming commercial holiday, Valentine’s Day, with release of confectionery product launches that reflect themes related to love and indulgence.

This includes Ethel M Chocolates and Lady M Confections, who have all announced recent product launches. From Ethel M Chocolates, it has released two new-limited edition premium chocolates, Dark Chocolate Blood Orange Satin Creme and Milk Chocolate Bananas Foster Truffle.

The Dark Chocolate Blood Orange Satin Creme balances tart sourness, milk sweetness and bittersweet cocoa with 100% blood orange juice.

Lady M Confections unveiled their first-ever Valentine’s Day Bon Bon Gift Set, packed in a classic heart-shaped gift box with foil details and floral illustrations, with three new Lady Bon Bon flavours: Lychee Rose Almonds, Raspberry Kissed Jellies and Salted Caramel Pearls.
