In celebration of National Cake Week which promotes the comforting and de-stressing benefits of eating cake, Popcorn Kitchen has released its new, vegan Chocolate Brownie.
The Chocolate Brownie comes in wake of the company’s latest spins on treats for an immersive popcorn experience – Lemon Drizzle, Eton Mess and chocolate orange – a “velvety chocolate take” on traybake.
“Of all the comfort foods we’ve sought to eulogise in popcorn, a vegan Chocolate Brownie has been far and away our toughest task,” said Andy Valentine, Co-Owner at Popcorn Kitchen. “If working without dairy wasn’t hard enough, we also wanted a popcorn with an unparalleled, lingering chocolate intensity that was never more than 130 calories per 30g pack.”
The vegan Chocolate Brownie is part of Popcorn Kitchen’s commitment to championing small batches of hand-popped mushroom popcorn, reducing likelihood of bottom-of-the-bag shrapnel while maximising the surface area for showcasing full-bodied flavours.
