The UK Flavour Association is delighted to announce that at its AGM on Thursday 27 November, members voted in a new leadership team – an important moment that marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the organisation.

After completing a successful two-year term as Vice Chair, Janis Sinton of TasteTech has now stepped into the role of Chair. Janis has also recently joined the board of the European Flavour Association (EFFA), a move that, as she noted, “ensures the UK flavour industry is truly represented across Europe.” Her leadership at both UK and European levels reinforces the strength and visibility of the UK flavour sector at a pivotal time for the industry.

The UK Flavour Association is also pleased to welcome Debbie Calver of Givaudan as its new Vice Chair. Debbie brings a wealth of knowledge across the flavour and ingredients landscape, offering what colleagues describe as “extensive expertise and industry insight that will be invaluable as the Association continues to champion the role of flavours in the UK.” Her perspective will further strengthen the Association’s strategic priorities and industry engagement.

The UK Flavour Association wishes Janis and Debbie every success in their new roles and looks forward to seeing where their two-year tenure will lead the organisation.
