Luker Chocolate, the Colombian B Corp B4B (business for business) chocolate manufacturer, returns to lunch!, part of the London Food & Drink Festival at Excel between 16 and 17 September. The company goes ‘back to basics’ to celebrate 120 years of heritage, expertise and sustainability in crafting fine flavour chocolate products — in close and long-term partnerships with Colombian cocoa producers and their communities.
Luker’s attendance at lunch! is a clear commitment to customers in the UK and across Europe. Visitors will see a focus on the company’s ethical chocolate products, including its: ‘Heritage Recipes’; ‘Selected Origins’ couvertures; ‘Sensación’ caramelised chocolate couvertures; better-for-you ‘Balance’ lines; and its bakery portfolio.
HERITAGE — 120 YEARS OF CRAFTMANSHIP
In 2026, Luker celebrates 120 years of chocolate manufacturing in Colombia — home to some of the world’s finest fine-flavour cocoa. Visitors to Luker’s exhibition booth can sample a range of formats, including 8g tasting sachets, naked product, drops, chips and drinking chocolate. Featured ranges include: Selected Origins couvertures, spanning single-country selections (Colombia 70%, 72% Perú) and regional selections from within Colombia (such as Huila 70%). In addition to, Heritage Recipes that demonstrate generations of Colombian terroir and craftsmanship (Gardenia, Palenque, Caribe).
EXPERTISE — RESEARCH, INNOVATION AND PARTNERSHIP
Visitors can learn more about Luker’s track record of manufacture and innovation, which brings deep expertise across the cocoa value chain, including work with brands on co-manufacture. Brand partners benefit from Luker’s extensive R&D and new product development capabilities that deliver functional innovation — such as protein-enriched and reduced-sugar formulations that stay ahead of emerging trends and always meet changing consumer tastes.
SUSTAINABILITY — THE CHOCOLATE DREAM
In 1906, Luker was founded to provide employment and economic opportunity to Colombia’s farmers and nurture the land they worked.
Visitors to Luker’s exhibition booth can now discover how that vision has translated into The Chocolate Dream. Implemented across six cocoa-growing regions, The Chocolate Dream helps to improve farmer incomes, strengthen cocoa community wellbeing and promote environmentally responsible farming practices. It also includes the Dreamers Club, where Luker partners, such as the UK’s Coco Chocolatier, Choc-Affair and Made Uncommon Chococo, support programmes that help to deliver more resilient, sustainable and prosperous cocoa communities.
“The UK is one of the most diverse and innovative food and drink markets in the world — and Luker is genuinely excited to be back in London for lunch! As we celebrate our 120-year heritage, we’ll engage with brands, buyers as they explore the expertise, excellence and deeply ingrained sustainability of Luker Chocolate and Colombian cocoa,” says Marcela Jaramillo, VP of Marketing and New Business Development, Luker Chocolate.
