With over 90 years of experience, Wolf will showcase its broad range of machines and revolutionary technology at interpack 2026
As the global market leader in coating systems, Wolf is presenting its latest version of the DRA. With this coating system, Wolf is setting new standards in coating: The DRA efficiently yet gently coats freeze-dried fruits, berries, nuts, cookies, or jelly centers with chocolate, sugar, or fat mixtures. Thanks to improved airflow, the performance of the latest generation of systems has been significantly increased – both in terms of capacity and product quality. The DRA opens up virtually unlimited possibilities for innovative snack products: up to three different coatings can be applied to a core in a single production run. Whether vegan, organic, or protein-enriched dragees – the DRA enables the highly efficient production of trending products that are in high demand among consumers. Multi-layer coatings not only increase product variety but also improve the quality of the coated products. For example, pre-coating nuts with sugar reduces fat migration and stabilizes delicate skins, while the sugar layer simultaneously provides a pleasant crunch and enhances the taste experience. An optional sprinkling device allows for the final application of powders or dry ingredients, further expanding the product variety. The cleaning process in the coating booth has also been further optimized, ensuring even more efficient handling in daily production.

Wolf is also introducing its WCF bar former for the growing snack market, designed for the production of cereal products. With working widths ranging from 200 to 1,300 mm, the machine offers the right solution for a wide variety of capacity requirements. Various types of binders, such as fat or syrup, can be used; thanks to a heated container, chocolate can also be used as a binder. The cereal moulder impresses with its high flexibility in the production of a wide variety of product types, enables quick format changes, and guarantees consistently high product quality. At the same time, the well-thought-out design ensures particularly easy and efficient cleaning.
Wolf also showcases its tempering machines: The Universal Tempering Machine offers a flexible and efficient solution for processing chocolate and compound mixtures and is available in various capacities. It uses a 3-stage tempering process and – depending on the size of the core – can process mixtures containing up to 30% by volume of fillings such as nuts, cookies, or dried fruit.
For specialised applications, Wolf is showcasing the Hybrid Tempering Machine, a combination of disc and column tempering designed specifically for low-volume production and specialty compounds. In the space-saving TWIN version, which features two separate circuits – for example, for milk and dark chocolate – it is ideally suited for decoration lines and one-shot systems.
