Ampco Pumps GmbH demonstrates innovative hygienic pumping and mixing technologies at interpack 2026 exhibition

Ampco Pumps GmbH, the European division of Ampco Pumps Company and a member of the Krones Group, delivers high-performance sanitary pumping and mixing solutions to customers across food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, and personal care industries. With global engineering expertise and localised support in Germany, Ampco Pumps GmbH is uniquely positioned to provide responsive service, short lead times, and tailored system solutions to meet the evolving demands of hygienic processing. Backed by more than 70 years of innovation, Ampco continues to set new standards in reliability, efficiency, and cleanability.

Showcasing a complete portfolio

At Interpack 2026, Ampco Pumps GmbH (Hall 3 / C76) will showcase a comprehensive portfolio of advanced pump and blending technologies engineered to optimise production while maintaining the highest hygienic standards. Central to the exhibit is the EC+ Series centrifugal pump, designed for excellent hydraulic performance, long-lasting durability, and cost-effectiveness for sanitary applications. Built with robust stainless steel construction and precision-balanced components, the EC+ Series ensures consistent performance, ease of maintenance, and dependable operation in processing applications.

Also featured are Ampco’s industry-leading circumferential piston pumps, including the patented ZP1+ Series and the patented ZP3 Series. These pumps represent a breakthrough in hygienic design and maintenance efficiency. The ZP1+ Series enhances traditional pump designs with improved O-ring accessibility, allowing for faster servicing and reduced downtime. The ZP3 Series takes innovation further with its patented front-loading seal design and advanced rotor case, eliminating dead zones and enabling true CIP functionality without pump modification or compromising performance. This results in increased uptime, improved product safety, and lower operating costs for processors.

Expanding the positive displacement offering, the ZP4 Series circumferential piston pump provides a compact, highly accurate solution for low-flow and dosing applications. Its unique zero rotor-to-rotor contact design minimises wear within the product zone, ensuring product integrity and long service life. Ideal for sensitive or particulate-laden products, the ZP4 delivers precision, reliability, and hygienic assurance in a compact footprint.

Complementing these technologies is the AL Series rotary lobe pump, engineered for versatility and ease of maintenance. Featuring a stainless steel gearcase and front-loading seal design, the AL Series offers enhanced cleanability and serviceability, making it a dependable choice for a wide range of sanitary and industrial applications.

Rounding out the portfolio is the SBI inline shear blender, part of Ampco Applied Products’ advanced mixing and blending solutions. The SBI uniquely combines pumping and blending in a single stage through an integrated impeller and shear-teeth design, delivering efficient particle size reduction and flow. With customisable configurations and the ability to handle a wide range of viscosities and applications, the SBI provides processors with a flexible, high-performance solution for inline mixing challenges.

Together, these technologies highlight Ampco Pumps GmbH and the commitment to innovation, hygienic design, and customer-focused engineering. Visitors to Hall 3 / C76 at interpack 2026 will discover how Ampco’s solutions can enhance process efficiency, reduce downtime, and ensure consistent product quality – making Ampco a trusted partner in sanitary processing worldwide.
