A linguist and lover of modern languages, Joseph began his career in education, working as an English as a Second Language teacher in Both Spain and Ecuador. After several years working in this industry, Joseph was commissioned to write educational materials for Oxford University Press (OUP) which is when he started to really realise his passion for writing.
Having published his first writing works with both OUP and Lonely Planet, Joseph decided to pursue a more full-time career in writing. Joseph became the Editor of International Bakery Magazine several years ago and enjoys attending the top international industry events, meeting experts and getting to grips with the latest innovations.
Joseph also curates, writes and edits the content for both the printed and digital versions of International Bakery, Confectionery and Snacks magazine.
