CEPI will showcase integrated ingredient handling solutions for efficient, hygienic and flexible confectionery production at ProSweets 2026

As a global leader in bulk-handling and storage systems, CEPI provides tailored solutions that span the entire production process. We install customised solutions for high-volume ingredients like sugar, cocoa, flour, and starch, ensuring protection from humidity and contamination. CEPI, a  family-run company with an international outlook, is based in Italy and operates all around the world, with a network of local partners spanning the five continents.

Centering research, customisation and flexibility since our beginnings, we made it our mission to go way beyond assembling food machinery. We take a long-term view when we design our systems, in order to create the most flexible solution for each food manufacturer, one which does not preclude any new path they may take in the future. We include a projection of what lies ahead and make our installations very easy to adapt to any new developments.

Celebrating Four Decades

We celebrated our 40th anniversary in 2025, and we are bringing that energy with us into the new year at ProSweets Cologne. CEPI is proud to be a dedicated participant in this essential international trade fair, bringing a global beat of innovation and presenting integrated systems that meet the rigorous standards of the sweets and snacks industry.

“We anticipate a great flow of interesting visitors at this dynamic show, providing fantastic opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and forge new ones,” says Frida Lega, CEPI Area Manager for Germany. “Our booth is dedicated to displaying our essential confectionery technologies, including comprehensive systems for sugar from milling and storing to micro-dosing, alongside expert handling for sensitive ingredients like fat, cocoa, and powder milk.”

For the ProSweets Exhibition we would like to spotlight our high-accuracy dosing and weighing technology. Achieving perfect recipe adherence is crucial for confectionery manufacturers, especially when handling micro-ingredients. Our automated dosing stations guarantee flawless batch homogeneity, complete traceability, and the highest standards of product safety. We are also eager to share the advantages of our sophisticated transport systems, and especially our 3in1 blending station.

The 3 in 1 receives, weighs and at last blends, all in single unit. The vertical blender inside is a system for the production of premix that ensures the highest flexibility across a wide range of food sectors. It is fast, accurate and clean, delivering a homogeneous mix of powders even for quantities lower than 1% in the span of 3-5 minutes. It can dose in the mixer in a single solution or by loss of weight in small batches. The blender is fully automated and optimises mixing and production times, as the blend is already homogenous before reaching the mixer.

For this and more, we invite all confectionery and snack producers to the show. Partnering with CEPI can streamline your production, automate processes, and future-proof your facility. Our goal is to provide solutions that minimise product waste, maximise throughput, and significantly enhance operational safety and hygiene.

Join us at ProSweets Cologne, February 1–4, 2026, at Booth E11 in Hall 10.1! We look forward to discussing how CEPI can engineer the perfect ingredient handling system tailored to your specialised needs.
