BCH will exhibit at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025, showcasing the Cook-Cool System & AE Mixers Solutions

BCH are delighted to announce their return to Gulfood Manufacturing 2025, exhibiting under the UK Pavilion on stand S-J12. This year’s showcase will be particularly exciting as the company presents two standout technologies: the Pilot Cook-Cool System and the AEILS 10 Mixer from their newly acquired sister company, AE Mixers.

What to Expect at Stand S-J12 (UK Pavilion)

Visitors can look forward to technical deep dives and expert discussions focused on the next generation of food processing and mixing systems.

Cook-Cool System

BCH understand the unique challenges faced by food producers: maintaining product quality, ensuring consistency, maximising throughput, and reducing energy consumption. The Pilot Cook-Cool System has been designed to meet these demands, combining innovation with practical performance.

Key Features:

  • Integrated Cooking and Cooling: Both processes take place within a single system, eliminating the need to transfer product between separate machines.
  • Precision and Consistency: Fully PLC-controlled with the latest automation software, offering a range of features at the click of a button.
  • Hygienic Design: Designed for quick and thorough cleaning with Clean-In-Place (CIP) functionality, helping minimise downtime and uphold food safety standards.

This compact pilot system allows processors to test recipes, refine parameters, and scale up with confidence, making it ideal for both development kitchens and production environments.

Introducing the AEILS 10 Mixer

Complementing the Cook-Cool System is the AEILS 10 Mixer, an advanced mixing solution engineered by AE Mixers. Designed for versatility and precision, this machine brings additional capability to BCH’s processing portfolio.

Mixer Highlights:

  • Advanced Mixing Performance: Handles a broad range of viscosities, ensuring uniform texture and consistency.
  • Customisable Options: Various configurations allow users to fine-tune performance based on their product’s characteristics.
  • Robust and Hygienic Build: Constructed to meet hygiene standards, featuring easy-clean surfaces, minimal residue, and reliable operation for continuous use.

Together, these two systems represent BCH’s forward-thinking approach to food manufacturing: flexible, efficient, and reliable.

Throughout the event, BCH sales engineers and process specialists will be available to discuss system design, performance, and integration. Visitors are encouraged to bring their processing challenges, whether they involve developing new recipes or improving existing production lines.
