Wixon is pleased to announce that Dave Rodin has joined its sales team as Account Manager, reporting to Terry Yakes, Director of Sales, Industrial Ingredients. Rodin brings more than 13 years of experience in food ingredient sales and has built strong partnerships with major food manufacturers nationwide. In his new role, he will oversee key accounts across Texas and the Midwest, focusing on custom flavours and flavour systems within Wixon’s Industrial Ingredients division.

“Dave’s extensive experience and proven success with large food manufacturers make him an outstanding addition to our sales team,” said Yakes. “We’re thrilled to have him representing Wixon as we continue to expand our customer base and strengthen our flavour innovation across the U.S.”

Rodin’s career has been defined by a commitment to customer relationships and a deep understanding of the ingredient industry. His expertise spans flavour development, formulation support, and strategic account growth – skills that align closely with Wixon’s mission to deliver customised taste solutions and exceptional service. His addition further enhances Wixon’s ability to meet the evolving needs of manufacturers seeking high-quality, scalable flavour systems that perform across diverse applications in the food and beverage market.

Originally from the East Coast, Rodin and his family have recently made their home in the Milwaukee area. His relocation underscores his enthusiasm for joining Wixon’s headquarters community and engaging directly with the company’s operations, R&D, and customer support teams in St. Francis.

“Wixon has built its reputation on creativity, collaboration, and consistency,” Rodin said. “I’m excited to work alongside such a talented group of professionals and to help our customers achieve success through flavour innovation.”
