Tom featured as our Big Interview in the April issue of International Confectionery Magazine where he spoke about the importance of modernising the brand while keeping to its traditional roots, with a particular emphasis on the personal responsibility he felt to ensure the company is operating sustainably with the future in mind.
In his presentation at Confectionery Live, Tom will be discussing the relaunch of the brand which took place two years ago and the main focuses are, which included switching to 100% Fairtrade certified chocolate, updating their recipe and exploring more environmentally friendly packaging options.
Focusing on sustainability in the confectionery sector, Tom will talk about their particular sustainability ambitions.
