Dylan Lauren – the founder of Dylan’s Candy Bar – is set to be recognised for her services to the industry, by being crowned the winner for the ISM award.

Dylan, the daughter of fashion designer Ralph Lauren, forged her name in the industry back in 2001 when she launched her shop and sales concept Dylan’s Candy Bar.

The company’s original flagship store, located in New York, frequently appears on Top 10 attraction lists for the Big Apple, and Dylan has since grown her range by adding boutiques in other key American cities, such as Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami and East Hampton.

In addition, Dylan’s Candy Bar’s sugar confectionery brand is also sold around the world in third-party luxury boutiques, department stores and premium hotels.
