A continuous-motion triple-headwheel machine scheme jointly with a 4 hands twisting unit wrapping system protectstake care even of delicate pralines or candies and jelly or gelatin-based products, ensuring flawless appearance at top speed. The CW 1400 also offers multiple wrapping styles – double twist, protected double twist, and bunch – making it adaptable to both spherical and flat-bottomed items.
Feeding can be configured in different ways: the VL system picks up products directly from moulds in a compact layout, a patented hopper-and-disk solution offers high flexibility in a small footprint, and the LCF system ensures accurate flow for flat-based products. This modularity allows producers to adapt the line to their specific needs.
Ease of operation has been prioritized with an intuitive HMI and a cantilevered design for fast access, inspection, and cleaning. Smart features such as the “No Product – No Wrapping” function reduce waste and maximize uptime.
Digitally, the CW 1400 is equipped for real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance with AI-driven tools. Optional vision systems enable 100% in-line quality inspection and defect analysis, helping cut material consumption.
