Winkler und Dünnebier Süßwarenmaschinen GmbH (WDS) prepare their finest products for Interpack 2017
Winkler und Dünnebier Süßwarenmaschinen GmbH (WDS), one of the world’s leading manufacturers of confectionery production machines, will cover a spectrum of deposited confectionery products of various applications and capacity ranges at Intersec 2017. In combination with the ConfecECO line for small production capacities, their emphasis will be on starchless moulding plants, as well as WDS-Service, support and product development. In addition, visitors can look forward to the presentation of a new high-performance Mogul plant.
WDS starchless plants are an alternative for producing fondant, toffee, pectin or carrageenan products. The modular designed manufacturing plants offers product variety – depending on the installed technical components with Mono, One-Shot or Triple-Shot depositing.
By contrast, the ConfecECO series for chocolate products has been expanded by a model for pectin, toffee and fondant products. With a production capacity of up to 600 kg per hour chocolate (300 kg/h pectin, toffee and fondant), depending on the product size, mass and weight, it is the ideal machine to meet the demands of small businesses. The product range that can be produced includes high-quality solid and filled confectionery of various sizes.
Thomas Kleppel, Sales Manager at WDS, said: “More often, just relatively small technical changes in production lead to product improvements, increase of capacities or significant reduction of energy consumption.”
Winkler und Dünnebier Süßwarenmaschinen GmbH can be found in booth 3C07 from May 4 – May 10
