This September, ISM Middle East transforms Dubai into the global stage for confectionery and snacks. For the first time, suppliers from over 60 countries will gather at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 15–17 September, showcasing an unparalleled range of products spanning traditional favourites, premium innovations, and region-specific specialties.
Across three action-packed days, visitors can source from heritage chocolate makers, renowned confectionery brands, and emerging snack innovators offering indulgent ice creams, desserts, biscuits, and cakes—all under one roof. Carefully curated pavilions will highlight the must-see exhibitors and products to ensure attendees make the most of their experience at Halls 1–6.
A Truly Global Showcase
India, the powerhouse of sweets and spices, will present everything from traditional mithai like soan papdi and gulab jamun to plant-based and health-oriented snacks. China brings scale and innovation with gummies, novelty confectionery, and rice or seaweed-based savoury snacks designed for modern, health-conscious consumers.
Greece will offer heritage-inspired treats including sesame and honey energy bars, regional Loukoumi delights, and nut-based snacks for gourmet and wellness markets. From Europe, Poland emerges as a hub of quality production with chocolate wafers, fruit jellies, and baked snacks, while Spain blends Mediterranean tradition with global appeal, featuring almond turrón, olive oil-infused savoury snacks, and naturally flavoured fruit gummies.

With its diverse offerings and international scope, ISM Middle East 2025 is set to become the ultimate sourcing platform for confectionery and snack professionals worldwide.
