ISM Manufacturing 2027 has reported a highly successful registration phase, with strong exhibitor demand reinforcing its position as a leading international trade fair for the sweets and snacks supplier industry.

The event has recorded approximately 12% growth in booked exhibition space compared with a regularly strong trade fair year, highlighting continued confidence in the sector and the exhibition’s growing influence.

The positive response has also underlined the value of the new joint brand identity linking ISM, ISM Ingredients and ISM Manufacturing.

International Industry Support

A broad range of leading international machine and plant manufacturers have already secured their participation.

Confirmed exhibitors include Hänsel Processing, SACMI Packaging & Chocolate S.p.A., Theegarten-Pactec GmbH & Co. KG, VEMAG Maschinenbau GmbH, ULMA Packaging S.Coop., IMA S.p.A., Sollich KG and Gerhard Schubert GmbH.

Additional international companies confirmed for the event include Caotech B.V., Stampac GmbH, LIVE-TECH S.r.l., MEHMET MAKINA SANAYI TICARET A.S., Sopp Industrie GmbH, Loesch Verpackungstechnik GmbH + Co. KG, Wolf Spezialmaschinen-GmbH, Maschinenfabrik Seydelmann KG, SELMI SRL, Tanis Confectionery B.V. and MEMAK PLASTIK GIDA MAKINA SANAYI TIC A.S.

Focus on Future Manufacturing

As the successor to ProSweets Cologne, ISM Manufacturing remains a central meeting point for the global supplier industry.

The exhibition covers Packaging Materials, Packaging Technology, Production Technology and Operating Equipment & Auxiliary Devices.

The 2027 edition will focus on efficient, resilient and sustainable production solutions, while the combination of ISM, ISM Ingredients and ISM Manufacturing is expected to create valuable synergies across the entire sweets and snacks industry.

Guido Hentschke, Director of ISM Manufacturing, said: “The strong level of participation already registered by the end of the early bird phase impressively demonstrates the high standing ISM Manufacturing enjoys within the sector – and also confirms that uniting the three trade fairs under a joint brand umbrella was the right move.

“We are delighted that the key market leaders of the supplier industry for the production of sweets and snacks have signalled their commitment at such an early stage.

“The ISM trade fair trio combines innovative power, expertise in ingredients and industrial implementation in a format that is unique worldwide.

“This is the only place where it is possible to experience the entire value chain of the sweets and snacks industry.

“The event presents practical, current solutions that are of high relevance for the industry and trade, offering genuine added value for all the trade visitors.”
