Confectionery Live introduces William Angleys

As we begin the exciting countdown to the must-attend virtual confectionery event, Confectionery Live 2023 have the pleasure of announcing our next speaker ahead of the event taking place on 20-21 June; William Angleys, Sales Director, Cabosse Naturals.

William Angleys has over 12 years of experience in Sales and Business Development at various Food & Beverage companies such as International Flavors & Fragrances, Frutarom and Naturex, before joining Barry Callebaut in 2021.

He received his Master’s Degree in Food Technology and Processing Engineering at University of Bordeaux (FR), a Master of Science in Food, Nutrition and Health at the same university, and a Specialized Master’s in Management of Agrifood Business at Emlyon Business School (FR). He currently resides in Zurich, Switzerland.

In his session at Confectionery Live, William will be talking with Editor Caitlin Gittins about the value of upcycling the cacao fruit; not just to create an innovative product that meets demand for health conscious confectionery, but also to reduce the amount of food waste in the cocoa sector and create additional income streams.
