From 2027 onwards, ISM is being restructured and will, for the first time, unite all sections of the international sweets and snacks industry under one strong, joint umbrella brand.
With ISM, ISM Ingredients and ISM Manufacturing, a clearly structured trade fair trio will emerge that represents the entire value chain – from raw materials and ingredients, innovative production and packaging solutions, through to the finished product. The new alignment creates greater orientation, stronger synergies and a coherent, inspiring trade fair experience for the exhibitors and the trade visitors.
