BCH will exhibit at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025, showcasing the Cook-Cool System & AE Mixers Solutions 

BCH are delighted to announce their return to Gulfood Manufacturing 2025, exhibiting under the UK Pavilion on stand S-J12. This year’s showcase will be particularly exciting as the company presents two standout technologies: the Pilot Cook-Cool System and the AEILS 10 Mixer from their newly acquired sister company, AE Mixers. 

What to Expect at Stand S-J12 (UK Pavilion)

Cook-Cool System

  • Hygienic Design: Designed for quick and thorough cleaning with Clean-In-Place (CIP) functionality, helping minimise downtime and uphold food safety standards. 

This compact pilot system allows processors to test recipes, refine parameters, and scale up with confidence, making it ideal for both development kitchens and production environments. 

Introducing the AEILS 10 Mixer 

Complementing the Cook-Cool System is the AEILS 10 Mixer, an advanced mixing solution engineered by AE Mixers. Designed for versatility and precision, this machine brings additional capability to BCH’s processing portfolio.

  • Advanced Mixing Performance: Handles a broad range of viscosities, ensuring uniform texture and consistency. 
  • Customisable Options: Various configurations allow users to fine-tune performance based on their product’s characteristics.
