With more than 400 installations worldwide, the company’s expertise spans three core product families: Sweet Lines, with over 200 installations for croissants and laminated pastry products; Bread Lines, with over 150 installations covering bread, pizza and high-hydration dough applications; and Cake Lines, with over 50 installations for a wide range of deposited products.

TRIVI’s approach is built around four core values: Innovation, Engineering Excellence, Quality and Simplicity. These principles drive the development of reliable, flexible and advanced solutions, combining sophisticated engineering with intuitive operation and long-term performance.

Supply Capabilities

TRIVI’s supply capabilities range from stand-alone machines and machine kits to complete turnkey projects, providing customers with a single partner for their industrial bakery production needs. Turnkey lines can cover the entire production process, from mixing to the packaging infeed, integrating TRIVI technologies with selected specialised equipment.

The company’s in-house portfolio includes solutions for dough extrusion and lamination, product forming and decoration, injection and depositing, proofing, cooling and resting, tray and lid handling, product discharge, tray exchange, oiling and greasing.

Beyond equipment supply, TRIVI supports its customers throughout the entire line lifecycle through spare parts, on-site, remote and technological assistance, as well as advanced line supervision systems for integrated process control.

TRIVI Lab

Established in 2017, the TRIVI Lab is a 1,000 m² technology center designed to bring innovation, testing and customer collaboration into a real production environment.

The facility serves three main purposes. As a showroom, it features state-of-the-art sheeting and forming lines operating under real production conditions. As an internal testing center, it enables TRIVI to install, test and validate newly developed technologies, assessing their performance, reliability and long-term durability before market introduction. Finally, the Lab supports customer testing and product development through dedicated test benches and in-house 3D printing capabilities, allowing specific product requirements and new technical solutions to be jointly prototyped, tested and validated.

Latest Innovations

PATENTED EVO CROISSANT MACHINE — AI-POWERED PRECISION – TRIVI has developed and patented a new AI-powered croissant machine designed to solve one of the industry’s most persistent challenges: precise tip positioning. The patented technology continuously controls the position of each croissant tip, ensuring consistent and repeatable results over time while significantly reducing the need for manual intervention during the forming process.

NKD LAMINATION — FULL WASHDOWN CAPABILITY – The NKD Lamination represents TRIVI’s latest approach to hygienic lamination, combining advanced engineering with full washdown capability. Available in IP66 and IP69K configurations, the machine is designed for intensive cleaning requirements and maximum accessibility. Its synchronous motor technology extends the operating speed range by 40% compared with conventional laminators, while component standardisation reduces the need for spare parts inventory, simplifying maintenance and improving long-term operational efficiency.
