SOLLICH KG, based in Bad Salzuflen, Germany, is one of the world’s leading suppliers of confectionery production equipment. For over 100 years, the name SOLLICH has been strongly associated with innovation, efficiency, and service. In the meantime, it is already the third generation that runs the family business with great success, and also the fourth generation is already working in the company.

True to its motto “unique for your needs”, with SOLLICH technology, a wide variety of products can be manufactured efficiently and hygienically in both large and small batches. For example, bars, pralines, biscuits, wafer products, and ice cream – SOLLICH offers complete production lines designed for durability and sustainability, which meet the growing demands for hygiene and machine availability while ensuring maximum production reliability.

SOLLICH confectionery equipment at Pack Expo 2026

At Pack Expo in Chicago (October 18 – 21, 2026), SOLLICH will present selected technologies for confectionery production at booth S-2585 in the South Building’s Confectionery Pavilion. The exhibits will include the ENROMAT® M6-1300 Dairy enrober and a section of the THERMO-FLOW®+ KK 1050 cooling tunnel in stainless-steel construction, equipped with an automatic belt washing system.

The ENROMAT® M6-1300 Dairy enrober features a hygienic design with a reduced number of built-in components. Its removable parts can be taken out without tools and washed separately on a service trolley, supporting efficient and thorough manual cleaning. The enrobing machine is suitable for chocolate in direct-feed applications as well as for compound coatings.

The THERMO-FLOW®+ KK 1050 cooling tunnel features a stainless-steel Gullwing design developed for complete wash-down capability. Its frame and base are made of stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials. The covers can be opened and closed easily, while the enclosed design supports hygienic cleaning and reliable operation. The tunnel is sealed on all sides and designed without thermal bridges. A reduced number of components in direct or indirect contact with the product also helps minimize potential critical control points. The tunnel will be shown with an automatic belt washing device.

Digitalisation and integrated confectionery production lines

Digital progress remains a key focus at SOLLICH: via the SweetConnect platform, production systems from different manufacturers can be efficiently managed. Document management, maintenance planning, and integration of the SOLLICH remote service system “Fast Lane“ enable optimized service processes and increased machine availability.

The combination of SOLLICH machines with the cooking systems of CHOCOTECH GmbH for the production of sugar, jelly, or caramel masses offers customers single-source responsibility for production and thus ensures efficient and rapid commissioning of production lines.

Tempering, forming, enrobing and cooling, sandwiching, decorating, mixing and dosing, slitting and spreading, storage and all aspects of product handling – the equipment portfolio covers every area of production. Visitors to Pack Expo are invited to discover SOLLICH’s confectionery technologies at booth S-2585 (South Building, Confectionery Pavilion).
