What attracted you to this industry?
Our founder Matt Legon – he really sold me on the brand story and the future ambitions for the business. He told me an enticing tale that I wanted to be part of.
What has been your proudest accomplishment?
Completely relaunching the entire Gnaw branded portfolio and bringing a tonne of new product innovation to a highly competitive market at the same time….. it’s been super busy, but massively rewarding to see my team so enthused about the next stage in our journey.
What’s your favourite kind of sweet?
Errrrrrr chocolate!
What’s your favourite part of your job?
Conjuring up new product ideas and getting into the chocolate factory to make the magic happen and create something really special, that surprises people
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Give people the right experiences to shape their beliefs, as these are what drive actions.
What three items would you take with you to a desert island?
Depends on for how long, for a day trip, jet ski, trunks & ice-cold white wine
What’s your favourite genre of book or film?
Sci-Fi. Simply unwind….. switch off and enjoy
Where in the world would you most like to visit?
Tipperary….. but I hear it’s a long, long way to go, so I’ll have to settle for Bora Bora instead

How ordinary people can overcome extreme adversity and overcome the odds
