Mars Chocolate Drinks and Treats (MCD&T) has today (February 5 2021) announced the launch of Galaxy Chocolatey Moments. Created with pleasure in mind, each pack of Galaxy Chocolatey Moments, contains ten delicate shortcake biscuits smothered in delicious chocolate. With an appealing curved shape, these unique biscuits have been made for taking time over.
The Galaxy brand, which celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2020, is worth £222m in confectionery value sales, with 52% of UK households buying Galaxy in a year.
The total sweet biscuit market in the UK is worth £2.75 billion with the special treats category accounting for £931 million and growing at a rate of 5.5%.

Galaxy Chocolatey Moments will be available at Sainsbury’s from February 7 2021 and Tesco from February 15 2021. RRP: £1.50 for a 110g pack.
