Returning to the event after a successful exhibition in 2024, BCH will be presenting their confectionery processing range, tailored for a wide range of confections including liquorice and caramel. The BCH extrusion solution offers unmatched versatility, enabling the creation of various shapes and designs such as twisted, straight, flat, square, and star profiles. Additionally, the system supports the production of hollow or filled centres with up to two colours, allowing for a wide variety of confectionery applications.

BCH’s unique automatic flow control of each colour channel eliminates the need for manual adjustments, leading to quick start-up and guaranteed rope weight control. This system reduces energy consumption, allows for fast product changes, and enhances production flexibility.
