Tipiak enhances French Macarons with more filling for UK Foodservice Sector

French pâtissier Tipiak has refined the recipe of its renowned French macarons, now offering a more vibrant and enhanced range specifically tailored for the UK foodservice sector. Each macaron in the new selection boasts an increased filling, larger size, and the addition of natural colouring for a brighter, more appealing look. Notably, the raspberry macaron has been upgraded with a creamier filling to elevate the taste experience.

Available frozen through distributor Central Foods, the improved French macarons come with a longer defrost shelf life of five days when stored chilled and covered, making them ideal for various foodservice needs. Maintaining its commitment to quality, the range continues to use Fairtrade chocolate and free-range egg whites, and is certified gluten-free by the French Association of Gluten Intolerance (AFDIAG).
