SOLLICH’s smart features at ProSweets

Alongside its sister company CHOCOTECH, SOLLICH will be present as one of the manufacturers for machines and equipment at ProSweets from 28-31 January 2024.

At the company’s booth, a chocolate coating machine, the Minicoater MC 420, will be on display with chocolate products. To produce a greater variety of products, this enrober is equipped with the decorating device type Mini-Decormatic MD 420. The machine is running successfully at small and medium-sized companies setting new standards in mini enrobing technology.

A special focus of SOLLICH’s research and development activities is on optimising the customer’s production process. In order to realise high machine availabilities and to meet increasing hygiene standards, SOLLICH sets value on efficient, easy cleaning of the machines. Further improvements have been made in digitalisation with regards to information exchange between the machine operator and SOLLICH’s machines.

With other machinery manufacturers, SOLLICH founded SweetConnect, an online platform where operators can manage their integrated production machines at a glance. Documents including operating instructions, spare parts catalogues and cross-manufacturer machine managers are some of the functions made possible using this platform.

In line with greater digitalisation in the confectionery process, SOLLICH will be introducing for the first time an approach to self-analysis of their tempering machines. This is in line with a vision for the future where self-analysis of the machine will be combined with an automatic adjustment of the temperature values in order to reduce manual operation, while increasing the quality of the tempered chocolate.

The variety of equipment features showcased at the trade show have been increased and contributes to improved quality in chocolate. This includes the dew point display within the company’s cooling tunnel or automatic measurement of the degree of tempering in the enrobing machine with the Tempergraph.

Together with its sister company CHOCOTECH, SOLLICH offers its customers the possibility to get the whole manufacturing process at one stop shopping. In this way machines for the complete process including cooking, forming and enrobing can be offered.
