Lenny & Larry’s have taken the decision to launch a smaller 2oz size of their popular 4oz Complete Cookies, which has plant-based protein.
The company was founded back in 1993 in the US by two bodybuilders, both of whom were dissatisfied by the choice of protein bars on the market, and as such, decided to launch their own protein cookie.
The 4oz version (Whole Cookie) has 16g of protein in it, as well as up to 8g of fibre, depending n the flavour. In addition, the cookies contain no soy, artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols, and are vegan, non-GMO and kosher.
Whereas each 4oz Complete Cookie contains two servings, naturally, each 2oz Complete Cookie is one serving.
There are eight flavours in total, and they are chocolate chip, birthday cake, lemon poppy, snickerdoodle, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, double chocolate, and white chocolate macadamia.
The company has said that while they are always experimenting with new flavours and ingredients, but they also want to maintain the same taste.
