Founded in 1978, GNT is a family-owned company pioneering in the creation of plant-based, sustainable ingredients. We are known worldwide for our EXBERRY® brand of natural colouring solutions. Made from non-GMO fruits, vegetables and plants, the colours are used by more than 2,600 food and drink manufacturers in over 75 countries, from major multinationals to small start-ups.

Our greenhouse gas figures are independently verified and we offer Product Environmental Footprint information for EXBERRY® products to help brands present sustainability data on their product packaging. 

ProSweets 2025 

At ProSweets, we will demonstrate how EXBERRY® colours offer a natural and sustainable way to elevate visual appeal in confectionery and snacks. 

Visitors will be able to sample a selection of eye-catching EXBERRY® crisps. They can choose from six options featuring seasonings with on-trend flavours as well as bold shades from across the rainbow. In addition, they will be able to view a variety of confectionery samples and see a drink concept that shows how EXBERRY® colours factor into products’ carbon footprint. 

Our experts will be available throughout the event to talk to visitors about their individual project requirements, including technical matters and questions regarding sustainability.
