Our network of technological laboratories and testing facilities, known as IMA OpenLab, has conducted in-depth research into the most sustainable packaging materials and perfected the technologies needed to optimise the entire packaging process. The variety of materials, even the most innovative and highly sustainable versions, can now be implemented thanks to a specific sealing system.

SPEED AND EFFICIENCY

The DWM600 is fully servo-driven with positive product transfer through all stages and wraps up to 500 sticks per minute. It features a double reel for each wrapping material which can be replaced without interrupting the production process, enhancing production efficiency and minimising downtime.
