Attendees to BCH’s stand at ProSweets Cologne can expect to see its TS180 extruder in action and its motor-driven drop roller, technologies it has refined over the years
BCH, the manufacturers of world-leading industrial food and confectionery processing equipment will be exhibiting at Prosweets, Cologne 2024.
The BCH team will be on their stand Hall 10.1, Booth A-305 from the 28 to the 31 January where potential customers will be able to meet with the experienced product and process team to discuss their confectionery needs.
Since 1835, when BCH’s systems first came to the market, BCH have continuously perfected their confectionery systems to meet evolving customer demands, resulting in reduced production time and enhanced consistency between outputs.
Attendees at Prosweets will have the opportunity to view BCH’s TS180 extruder. Specially designed to handle various viscous products, including liquorice, starch gels, fruit twists, pastes and gels, this machine not only offers cost-effectiveness as it uses a low amount of energy, but it also ensures a high output system with consistent product delivery post cooking, without damage to the product.
Also adding to the showcase is BCH’s popular motor-driven drop roller, ideal for producing hard candy, toffee and chews. Originating in the 1800s, this machine has sold worldwide since its creation. Available in both hand-operated and motor-driven models, it can produce products ranging from 1kg samples and can be scaled up to higher capacity production scale machines, up to an impressive 600kg/hr.
