German confectionery is known worldwide for its high quality. For this reason, the fair stand of German Sweets – the Export Association of the German Confectionery Industry – will once again be the sweet centre of this year’s ISM. It will be located in hall 10.2 at booth D050. There it forms an important contact point for confectionery enthusiasts from all over the world. The more than 100 German Sweets members represent German confectionery manufacturers from all product categories: cocoa and chocolate products, sugar confectionery, fine bakery wares, savoury snacks, raw masses, ice cream, cereal products, and sweet ingredients. As such, the German Sweets Lounge offers an insight into the broad field of German confectionery, which includes popular classics and innovative new products. Founded more than 40 years ago, German Sweets is the committed export partner of the German confectionery industry and serves as a reference office for professional buyers and importers from all over the globe. With that it simultaneously supports networking among manufacturers and international buyers.
Sweet’s night – the international evening before ISM starts
True to the motto ‘Confectionery Manufacturers Welcome Importers’, the Sweets Night at the Chocolate Museum, organised by German Sweets, is an important networking event. It marks ‘the’ international evening and is traditionally celebrated on the eve of ISM. Participants have the opportunity to make contacts in a relaxed atmosphere even before the official start of the trade fair.
Sweets export guide – connect with manufacturers
Those who won’t be able to make it to ISM 2022or did not have the opportunity to get in touch with their desired confectionery manufacturers can get informed further on German confectionery and snacks via the Sweets Export Guide. Seekers will find what they are looking for in the official buyer’s guide of the German exporting confectionery industry. It is sorted by product categories and contains information on contacts of German Sweets members and their products.
Product and trade fair newsletter
Interested parties can also subscribe to the Product & Trade Fair Newsletter from German Sweets to make sure they don’t miss any new products or popular classics from German confectionery manufacturers in the future. This newsletter is published three times a year and contains the latest information on the product developments of German Sweets members. It also keeps international buyers, importers, and distributors up to date on the presence of German Sweets members at fairs.
