The global company, Dumoulin have announced that they will be attending the ProSweets/ISM event, exhibiting their latest creations.
Since 1932, Dumoulin, the family-owned business, was the first company to develop large scale automated coating pans for the confectionery and pharmacy industry. The first machine had a batch size of 500 kg and was displayed at the Interpack exhibition in Germany in 1969. From the Laboratory size 9 litre TVV pan, through the 330 litre Chocolate LOGIC and Sugar LOGIX pans to the IDA systems with pan capacities up to 3000 kg. Expertise, developed over 50 years, has produced optimum fine droplet chocolate and varnish spraying systems using hot water jacketed air spray guns. Similar finesse has been applied to the soft panning with sugar powders, dextrin, cocoa powder etc. Dumoulin takes responsibility for all the infrastructure to ensure they have total control of the production environment.
Dumoulin offers fully automatic coating installations for the best quality products available in smaller batch size (250kg) to the biggest size on the market (3000kg), allowing maximum flexibility at an optimum price performance ratio. Dumoulin’s machines called, the LogiX and IDAX, installations are specially adapted for hard and soft sugar coatings on fragile centres, such as chewy paste, liquorices or chewing gums, as well as more resistant products such as chocolate lentils, nuts or hard candies.
These large-scale production installations ensure a high-quality finished product by the technology used in the conception of the machine. Furthermore, the design result in the smallest bed depth of any similar machine which avoid deformation of fragile products and improves drying efficiency.
The global company that deals in the big automatic equipment for sugar, sugar free coating and chocolate coating (equipment from 250kg to 3 metric tons per batch), Dumoulin will exhibit its latest development for the Sugar & Sugar free coating: IDA 2002X. Dumoulin put a lot of commitment in developing new device for coating activities, allowing having more control, shorter process, less energy spent, and equipment at a lower price. Dumoulin will present at Prosweets 2022, the real solution to have efficiency of perforated machine (for sugar and sugar free) at a lowest energy cost.
On top of this, a test and development laboratory is available for DUMOULIN customers to test in and validate installations. Using your own products and coatings you can develop new and innovative products in cooperation with DUMOULIN technicians. The lab is available for confectionery coating trials (sugar or chocolate), pharmaceutical trials or for the optimization of special coatings.
