Inge Demeyere began her career as a seeds & oils trader crush in European food group Vandemoortele in 1992, after graduating university. She joined Cargill in 1998 following Cargill’s acquisition of Vandemoortele. She joined Cargill chocolate in 2009 as Commercial Director, where she was responsible for trading activities, product line management and supply chain. Today, she is the Managing Director for indulgence categories in Europe including Cargill’s gourmet business.
