CEPI’s Blender: a revolutionary solution for the food industry 

CEPI’s Blender combines weighing, filtering, and blending into a single, streamlined unit. It is designed to cater to a multitude of food sectors, offering unparalleled flexibility and precision in the creation of premixes. 

At the heart of the Blender’s functionality is its ability to weigh ingredients with impeccable accuracy. It distinguishes itself by separating air from the product during pneumatic transport, ensuring that only the purest of ingredients reach the vertical blender. This process is crucial to produce high-quality premixes that meet the rigorous standards of the food industry. 

Our Blender is renowned for its rapid operation, delivering a homogeneous mix of powders in a mere 3-5 minutes – even for quantities less than 1% of the total weight. This remarkable capability is a testament to the Blender’s advanced design, which allows for dosing directly into the mixer in a single solution or by loss of weight in small batches. 

The Blender’s fully automated system is a marvel of modern engineering. It optimises mixing and production times by ensuring that the blend is already homogenous before it even reaches the mixer. This pre-emptive approach to blending not only saves time but also enhances the consistency of the final product. 

Flexibility is a cornerstone of CEPI’s systems and products. Our Blender can be used to mix ingredients prior to dosing or as a replacement for the dosing hopper. Its rapid operation makes it exceptionally suitable for continuous mixing systems. For facilities with multiple production lines, the Blender can be integrated with hoppers, achieving the highest degree of flexibility in production. 

CEPI’s Blender is available in a range of sizes, from 60 to 1000 litres, accommodating the needs of various production scales. It offers the convenience of being loaded either pneumatically or by gravity. Equipped with a slide valve, the extraction process is facilitated by either a rotary valve or a feed screw, streamlining the operation. 

Constructed from stainless steel, the Blender is not only durable but also conforms to ATEX standards. Its hygienic design is a boon for food producers, as it is easy to clean, fully inspectable, and washable – ensuring that the highest levels of cleanliness are maintained. 

The integration of automation within the Blender provides full traceability of the mixing process. This feature is invaluable for maintaining quality control and adhering to industry regulations. 

The Blender’s versatility extends to its suitability for a wide array of food products.
