Ammeraal Beltech Powers Sustainability with New Solar Energy System

Ammeraal Beltech is pleased to announce the installation of a photovoltaic system at its facility in the Czech Republic, marking an important milestone in its ongoing journey towards greater sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Their European Fabrication Center and Customer Solution Center in the Czech Republic consume approximately 1.2 GWh of electricity annually, resulting in 1,178 tons of CO₂ emissions. To tackle this challenge and embrace renewable energy, they have implemented a significant solution aimed at reducing their carbon footprint.

Ammeraal have installed a 459 kWp photovoltaic system on the industrial buildings of their EuroFab and CSC facilities. This advanced solar installation is specifically designed to meet the high energy demands of their operations, reducing reliance on traditional energy sources while lowering operational costs and supporting their long-term sustainability objectives.

The new system is expected to produce 430 MWh of renewable energy annually and will reduce CO₂ emissions by 422 tons each year. This initiative will not only cover a substantial portion of their energy needs but also contribute to improved environmental, social, and governance compliance, reinforcing their commitment to sustainable business practices and helping combat climate change.

This transformative project has been made possible through funding from the European Union, reflecting a shared dedication to innovation in renewable energy and sustainable development.

Ammeraal Beltech remains committed to implementing environmentally responsible solutions, demonstrating how operational efficiency and sustainability can work in harmony to drive meaningful progress and create a better future for all.
