WOLF is setting new standards in functionality and quality as it will showcase its expertise in chocolate coating machines and moulding at ProSweets at Hall 10.1, Stand D021
Discover the sweet world of machinery with WOLF, your partner since 1930! WOLF’s expertise spans core competencies such as belt coating systems, tempering machines, forming machines, cluster machines, tanks, decorators, enrobing lines, cooling tunnels and drop depositing systems.
As a leading expert in chocolate coating, WOLF proudly presents excellence through patented technologies and unparalleled know-how at ProSweets this year. The Coatmaster system provides large capacities in a small space as a completely independent production system. Compared to traditional pan or drum systems, the Coatmaster impresses withfast-coating times at lower energy costs. The system circulates the air and adds only the necessary energy to the process that is needed.
Paul Tripp, CEO of Zertus UK said: “After a careful selection process, Kinnerton are pleased to have chosen Wolf as their preferred supplier of chocolate coating and polishing lines. As we invested to grow our capacity, the determining factor in selecting Wolf was the versatility of their equipment. Wolf equipment is PLC controlled and recipe driven, supported through both periodic site visits and remote activated support. We continue to operate with Wolf as a key partner of choice across our Snacking and Chocolate Market Unit.“
The latest developments such as the processing of up to three different masses in one machine without production breaks or the Coatmaster’s self-developed dosing system enable chocolate to be sprayed as well as poured in quantities independently. This gives the chance of creating unique multilayered products or to use one machine for different items. With the special bypass system, even more masses can be processed. Thanks to the enormous flexibility of the machine, our customers can offer a huge range of products to their clients. The machine can coat everything from fragile wafers and biscuits to sticky jelly products and fruits.
Our system works completely automatically, from loading to unloading and depositing, the PLC controls all processes and parameters such as air temperature or humidity. It is designed for three-shift operation. The heated scraper (worldwide patents pending) in particular, which are installed within the cabin, has minimised the chocolate build-up on the belt and made cleaning intervals between batches largely unnecessary. This in turn lessens the proportion of rework chocolate accumulated, making significant cost savings possible with a fast Return on Invest.
In the field of tempering machines, WOLF sets new standards in functionality and quality. Enjoy tempered chocolate exactly where it’s needed, without the expense and energy waste of pipelines. The moveable compact “plug in” system gives the customer a complete independent machine. The newest design allows a quick mass change with all parts to be removeable. Our latest design in the field of agitator tanks contains everything that is needed in production. Made entirely of stainless steel, the machine has a conical outlet for complete emptying and cleaning. The load cells and level sensors are monitored and analysed via a PLC control system in a user-friendly overview.
The moulding of masses is presented by the WOLF WCF machine. In a quick-to-clean design, the machine achieves enormous output in a small space. Dry ingredients can be mixed with a binding agent such as sugar or chocolate and moulded. Any kind of moulding of small balls, domes or bars is possible. Even for confectionery waste or offcuts such as wafers, broken biscuits, etc., we can achieve zero-waste production.
