Moo Free Chocolates have bolstered their output, with the UK-based free-from and vegan manufacturer completing their second factory in Holsworthy, Devon.
Moo Free Chocolate’s extended facilities are directly opposite their main site, and offers the company an additional 130m2, which in turn will allow a notable increase in their production capabilities.
“Thanks to the loyalty of our customers and our exceptional staff, we have grown quicker than we could’ve imagined,” sales and marketing director Mike Jessop said. “We have been manufacturing in Devon for just three years and we’re already having to open a second factory.”
The new warehousing space and increased production will now allow Moo Free Chocolates to produce their very popular bars and get them out across the world at a faster pace, with customers in 30 countries keen for the product.
The new site has also allowed them to have a dedicated new product development room, which will allow Moo Free Chocolates to conjure up new chocolate ranges for the free-from and vegan markets they specialise in.
Since 2010, Moo Free Chocolates have been manufacturing premium ‘milk’ chocolate alternatives, and in the eight years they have been operating, the company has endured year-on-year increases in demand for their organic and vegan chocolates.
