Loma Systems Appoints North America Service Director

Global manufacturer of inspection systems for food quality and safety, Loma Systems, has recently announced the appointment of Alex Ramirez as its new Service Director in North America. The move further strengthens the company’s commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.

With nearly 30 years of experience in customer service, field service, operations and sales across various manufacturing industries, including metering and mixing, wire processing, industrial automation and commercial food service, Alex brings a wealth of expertise to the role. His extensive background covers North and South America, including territories from Canada to Brazil, equipping him with an excellent understanding of global customer needs.

In his new position, Alex will develop and implement strategies to drive internal and external customer satisfaction by empowering Loma’s expert service team. His role is uniquely positioned to interact with key stakeholders across borders and continents, enabling him to identify challenges and implement solutions that enhance Loma’s service delivery.
