Market Adoption & Industry Benefits: Evidence of industry uptake, customer feedback, and demonstrable advantages to manufacturers and consumers.
Presentation: Clarity, coherence, and impactful representation of the entry.

Introduce the ingredient, detailing its name, composition, and key functionalities. Highlight its unique selling points, including its impact on confectionery products and any innovative or sustainable attributes.

Innovation and Uniqueness:
Detail the ingredient’s groundbreaking properties, formulation, or technological advancements. Emphasise what sets it apart from existing ingredients and how it enhances confectionery products.

Application and Functionality:
