Allergen-friendly chocolate brand, Happi Free From, is continuing its zero waste mission with the launch of its new Oat Milk Chocolate Cooking Buttons in 5kg bags. The new Oat Milk Chocolate Buttons are made using oat milk and 46.5% cocoa solids, making them full of flavour, rich and creamy. Available in 5kg bulk bags, they are perfect for zero-waste refill stores, cafés, bakeries and food service outlets and are refill and gravity feeder compatible for ease of use.
“These buttons use the same high quality oat milk chocolate that goes into our bars and standard buttons, but by offering them in a larger, catering size, we can target those stores and outlets looking for brilliant-quality, vegan and allergen free chocolate to sell or use in cooking,” explained Gavin Cox, founder of Happi Free From.
“We’re meeting a new demand in the industry for allergen-friendly choices and providing a solution which meets the criteria for sustainable, ethically-sourced and delicious chocolate,” added Cox. The new Oat Milk Chocolate Cooking Buttons are made using oat milk, 46.5% cocoa solids and sunflower lecithin, making them suitable for all allergy sufferers.
They are available in 5kg bags, RRP £2.20 per 100g with a minimum order of £100. For more information visit http://happifreefrom.com
Happi has said its supply chain is incredibly important to them and so we buy their Cacao directly from Colombian farmers, who Cox has personally visited. This farm-to-bar method means they know who grows their chocolate and can guarantee that they are paying a fair price for it. Made using single origin 47% Colombian cacao and oat milk, their lip-smacking bars taste deliciously smooth and creamy. As they like to say, ‘We’ve got all the Ooo without the Moo’.
