iba provides a global meeting point for baking industry professionals. Next year, it’ll be running in Munich, Germany, from 22-26 October 2023.
Since 1949, it has provided a platform for innovations with a complete overview of all novelties on the market. In 2018, iba brought together over 1000 exhibitors and a total of 77,000 visitors, with 100 lectures delivered at iba FORUM and SPEAKERS CORNER.
Attendees will range from artisan bakeries through to wholesale bakeries, bringing together bakers, pastry chefs, restauranters, cafe owners, hotel professionals, caterers and decision makers from the food retail market.
The portfolio for the event includes raw materials and ingredients, production technology and equipment, pasta, pizza and tortilla production technology, packaging technology, and more.
iba seminars and bakery tours will be offering training in specific areas to let experts present their knowledge to attendants. Exclusive bakery tours in 2023 will allow visitors to get up close and personal in bakeries in Munich and the surrounding areas. The size of the business to be toured will be chosen based on the requirements of the visiting groups.
