Originally due to be held on 20-22 November 2022, Hi & Fi Asia-China has been postponed and now will be held 19-21 June 2023 taking place at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai.

The event combines six shows: Hi & Fi Asia-China, HNC, ProPak China & FoodPack, Starch Expo, HNO and Plant-Based Food Expo, which offers attendees the opportunity to source solutions from an extensive offering of health ingredients, food ingredients, nutraceuticals, natural ingredients, starch ingredients and packaging and processing solutions.

Main trends shaping China’s food and beverage market include the connected consumer – the increasing digitisation of food and beverage purchases – growing dairy consumption, reduced sugar, salt and fat as lifestyles become increasingly health conscious and plant-based diets.
