Callebaut latest multimedia culinary campaign, Everyday Inspiration Together, celebrates the together occasion and sharing the simple delights of chocolate. Developed by Callebaut’s Chocolate Academy, the recipes are suitable for a variety of operators with the aim of taking consumers’ favourite desserts and elevating them for those together moments.

The sharing occasion is set to grow this year with 84% of consumers opting for sharing desserts. Research has shown that the availability of a sharing option on a menu would increase the temptation to order a dessert for one-third of consumers. Therefore, this is a trend that operators should consider for their menus as it offers the opportunity to uplift sales.

The campaign, which includes 14 recipes, is launching in time for the Spring occasions where groups will be celebrating coming together for events such as Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and the Bank Holidays. The range of recipes offers operators in every channel the best opportunity to maximise their profits. The recipes focus on traditional Spring and Easter treats with a chocolate twist to make them ideal for a special occasion.

Inclusivity was a key inspiration for the campaign, ensuring the recipes were suitable for all consumers. The number of vegans in the UK has quadrupled since 2014 to 600,000 and 15% of consumers say they would be more likely to order a dessert if it was vegan. Therefore, featuring vegan variations of favourite desserts for the together occasion was vital. Additionally, providing recipes that would appeal to the entire family was an important consideration for the campaign. From Bunny Bum & Sheep Cupcakes to Vegan Chocolate Chip Carrot Cake, there is a recipe to suit everyone.

Everyday Inspiration Together also features Mona Lisa decorations, adding colour, flavour and texture to recipes, allowing operators to premiumise their classic dessert recipes and make them that extra bit special. Recipes feature the following Callebaut chocolate: 811 dark, W2 white, 823 milk, Ruby and Gold.
